The Venatus Saliens Procyonidae is closely related to the modern raccoon. This particular specimen is one of 3 created, the other two were lost in the 1940s during the war. "Frisky" as the head Muto-Verto named it a result of tests conducted throughout the early 1900s by Apadana Alchemy as part of one of their BMAS projects. To this day only a few experimental creatures remain even fewer remain alive. The name Frisky came from its frequent escaping and stinging led scientists to a state of "uncontrollable arousal".
